More information is available at uway.org/c3, from Central Carolina Community Foundation at yourfoundation.org, from the Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina at sistersofcharitysc.com and from the Cultural Council of Richland/Lexington Counties at getcultured.org. As a pilot program, technical assistance engagement will be available for approximately one year or less.
