In April 2015, United Way of the Midlands, in conjunction with the City of Columbia, began working collectively with faith-based organizations, civic groups, and neighborhood associations to improve coordination of meal sharing programs in the City of Columbia.
Meal Share Columbia members continue to work together to provide meals to homeless individuals to ensure those in need do not go hungry while preventing duplication of meal services and minimizing food waste. Interested in joining us? Download the Meal Share informational brochure
