Welcome Class of 2026!
Being a board member of a non-profit requires more than passion for a mission—it calls for clarity, resilience, and the ability to navigate constant change while staying grounded in values. As nonprofit leaders, you are asked to balance strategy with empathy, accountability with creativity, and urgency with sustainability.
This training is designed to support you in that work. Through this leadership class, we’ll explore practical tools, proven frameworks, and shared experiences that can strengthen your leadership. More than learning theory, this is also a space to network and learn from each other. The collective wisdom within our classes is one of our best resources.
This class will be taught by subject matter experts and local non-profit leaders. Blueprint uses a structured, progressive curriculum integrated with practical, hands-on activities.
A unique focus: Blueprint is unique because it is the only professional development course with a specific focus on nonprofit leadership. The goal is to help participants develop leadership skills, nonprofit governance expertise and knowledge of the community.
Your hard work will be rewarded: Upon completion of the program, United Way of the Midlands works to place Blueprint graduates in the community.
