A Night for the Books

A Night for the Books is the annual celebration for the start of the United Way of the Midlands Young Leaders Society (YLS) year and a fundraiser for our literacy initiative, Be a Book Bunny. This black-tie optional event, to be held this year on Friday, August 16 from 7-11 PM at the South Carolina State Museum, attracts more than 275 young professionals from around the Midlands. Grab your passport, pack your bags and imagine the places you’ll go at this year’s event! From China to Italy, your taste buds will come alive as you travel throughout the night. Enjoy live music, delicious bites and drinks all night long as we celebrate a new year of YLS!
