Now Accepting Nominations for Humanitarian of the Year

United Way of the Midlands is currently accepting nominations for the 2019 Humanitarian of the Year.

The Humanitarian of the Year Award is presented every year to someone who has exhibited extraordinary service and philanthropy in the Midlands. Nominations are being accepted until August 23 and will be chosen by a selection committee from United Way of the Midlands volunteers and leadership. Highly selective criteria make it the single highest honor of philanthropic achievement in the Midlands. Among other criteria, nominees must provide outstanding leadership working with others over a sustained period.

The 2019 Humanitarian of the Year Dinner and Award Ceremony will be held in February 2020.
