Always United's Tuesday Talks - 05/19/20

We are excited that you will be part of our first Always United Tuesday Talks for TODAY, May 19, at Noon presentation. Dr. Matt Orr has provided a two-page document with some breathing and body exercises that help to reduce stress and anxiety.  Click here to download Well-Being Actions in Practice. 

Instructions to Attend
The meeting will go live at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 19 and last about an hour.  
1. The program will be streamed privately through YouTube. You do not need an account to attend but you will need to use this link to attend. If the link does not work for you try typing this address in your browser:
2. When the chat feature becomes available please let us know you are in the system by sending a hello message with your name.  
3. We will be taking questions during the program through the chat feature. You may ask Sara Fawcett about United Way of the Midlands' COVID-19 Relief Fund response as she will be doing a brief update on our work. Dr Ott will be taking questions during his presentation. If you have questions about Always United, we’ll answer those, too.
4. The presentation will be recorded for future viewing.
